VNC Viewer window is black

Hi Everyone,
I am facing a problem regarding vnc viewer after login the screen is black
and i can only see the mouse cursor on the screen. I installed the server
myself on the linux operating system and am accessing it from another pc
which has a windows 7 operating system.
Below is the log file of the /home/sohaib/.vnc directory.
