vnc

Hello everyone,
I have this setup:
Remote store with a Linksys Router. Port Forwarding is setup for each remote computer (in the registry) and configured in the Linksys Router. We are able to connect to the remote computers. HOWEVER, after maybe 10 minutes or so the remote connection drops. Our remote Linksys Router has to be unplugged and plugged back in inorder for us to be able access the remote computers through VNC again.
This is obviously extrememly frustrating. We were wondering if updating from 3.37 to 4.0 would fix this? Have any of you had unexpected connections drop like this?
BTW, after a connection drops, I am able to connect to another remote location (in a different down, different WAN IP, different router) so our local VNC seems unaffected.
Thanks,
Brandon
