Hi,

Im trying to use tightvnc, but Im unable to. I think it's because Im behind a router with a built in firewall. I have two computers on my network, and can access one computer from the other with tightvnc, with both inside the routers connectivity, but again, cant access from any computers outside my LAN. I leaving one port open, but I may have set the wrong port. Should this work using this method? What port does this port use to access? Thanks.

I am not sure if I fully understand you.
But you need port 59xx, where xx is the Display-Number you use by starting
the vncserver :xx.
